01 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing tkpk5.win or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. tkpk5 is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh.

02 Account Register

To create an account on tkpk5, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• The name, address, and phone number provided during registration must be accurate and truthful
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification
• Mobile number verification is mandatory — an account cannot be activated without OTP confirmation
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited
• It is your responsibility to report any suspicious activity to tkpk5 customer support

If false or misleading information is submitted during registration, tkpk5 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit all winnings. Please provide accurate details carefully.

03 Age Limit & Eligibility

The tkpk5 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to use this site. We are committed to preventing minors from engaging in gambling.

• A government-issued ID may be requested at any time for age verification
• If a user is confirmed to be a minor, the account will be terminated and all transactions reversed
• Registrations from regions where online gaming is illegal are not accepted

04 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on tkpk5 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. All deposits are processed in BDT and are typically credited to your account instantly.

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 200 (two hundred taka)
• Maximum single deposit: variable based on set limits
• No hidden charges on deposits — what you send is exactly what gets credited to your account
• Third-party payments are not accepted; all payments must be made in the account holder's name
• If a payment fails, please contact your bank or mobile banking provider
• Tkpk5 may request additional documents to verify suspicious transactions

05 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before winnings can be withdrawn. Withdrawals cannot be processed from unverified accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Multiple withdrawal requests may be submitted in a single day, provided they remain within the total allowed limit
• Processing may be delayed on bank holidays
• Large withdrawal amounts may be held until KYC verification is complete

In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, tkpk5 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Tkpk5 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be read before claiming. Accepting a bonus means you agree to its specific conditions.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members making their first deposit only
• Bonus funds are generally subject to a wagering requirement of 10x to 30x
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless specifically stated
• Each bonus has a fixed expiry — unused bonuses will be cancelled once the deadline passes
• Tkpk5 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse is suspected

07 Betting Rules

There are specific rules governing all betting activity on tkpk5 that every member must follow. Separate rules may apply for Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games.

• Tkpk5's decision shall be final in determining the outcome of any bet
• Any bet placed incorrectly due to a technical error will be voided
• Tkpk5 is not liable for any bet affected by an internet disconnection during live betting
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded
• A maximum bet limit per event may apply
• Any suspicious betting pattern detected for any reason will bring the account under investigation

For all sports including cricket, football, and tennis, following tkpk5's official odds and rules is mandatory. In the event of any betting dispute, tkpk5's decision is final.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpk5 platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Creating an account using a fake or someone else's identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or intimidating other members
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses (multi-accounting)
• Attempting to breach or attack the server

09 Account Termination Policy

Tkpk5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. However, accounts are typically terminated for the following reasons:

• If registration with false information is proven
• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent behaviour is detected
• Upon confirmation of being a minor
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if closure is due to fraud or prohibited activity, the full balance may be forfeited.

Members may close their account at any time. If you do so, please withdraw any remaining valid balance beforehand.

10 Limitation of Liability

Tkpk5 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform. This includes losses caused by internet disruptions, technical errors, or third-party issues.

• Losses from bets placed during server downtime will not be compensated
• Tkpk5 is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or network
• Tkpk5 is not responsible for issues caused by third-party payment gateways
• Tkpk5's liability is limited in cases of hacking or unauthorized access

11 Privacy Policy
